NERMIN VLORA FALASCHI (1921-2004), THE WOMAN WHO UNDERSTOOD THE ETRUSCAN LANGUAGE:
Nermin Vlora Falaschi was born in Tirana in 1921 where he studied in his childhood at the MOtrata Qiriazi school.
At a young age, that is, at 17 years old, she met Enzo Falaschi, a general in Albania, with whom she married and moved to Italy shortly after.

Nermin Vlora in Italy began working in translation and began translating from different languages into Albanian, he also worked for Radio Tirana.

She graduated in Political Science where it allowed her to gain more knowledge about her life.

Nermin spoke several languages, her knowledge of languages led her to compare the Etruscan language with the Albanian one.
He interpreted the stone stele "Cippo di Perugia".

He wrote some books and among them the most important is "L'Etrusco Lingua Viva"

He claims that the Etruscans, whose country of origin is unknown, were none other than Pelasgians, and since the Pelasgians were descendants of the Illyrians who in turn were Albanians, he deduces that the Etruscans were simply Albanians.

He died in 2004 leaving behind a great wealth.

- THE ETRUSCAN LANGUAGE:
Etruscan was a language spoken and written in various areas of Italy, specifically in the ancient region of Etruria (present-day Tuscany, western Umbria and northern Lazio), in the Po Valley (present-day Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna), where the Etruscans were later expelled by the Gauls, and in the Campanian plain, where they were later absorbed by the Samnites. However, Latin completely replaced Etruscan, leaving only a few documents and many linguistic loans in Latin (such as person from the Etruscan φersu), and numerous place names (such as Tarquinia, Volterra, Perugia, Mantua, perhaps Parma, and a bit of all the toponyms that end in "-ena" such as Cesena, Bolsena, etc.). Other examples of terms of probable Etruscan origin are: atrium, fullo, histrio, lanista, miles, mundus, populus, radius, subulo. The Etruscan language is attested between the 9th and 3rd centuries BC.
Nermin Vlora Falaski, in his book "Linguistic and Genetic Heritage" (also written in Italian), deciphered Etruscan and Pelasgian inscriptions in today's Albanian language. This would prove that the Albanians (Descendants of the Illyrians) are the modern descendants of the Pelasgians, one of the most ancient races that populated Europe.
So, in Italy there is the locality of TOSCHI (Tuscany), just as the Toschi live in Toskeria, in southern Albania.
Note: Many authors maintain that the word Tosk, or Tok, is a synonym of DHE, so much so that today in Albanian the word DHE and TOK are used interchangeably to mean land.
In Tuscany there is a very ancient city, probably founded by the Pelasgians, which is called Cortona, (Note, in Albanian: COR=harvests, TONA=ours, that is our harvests). From the vast and fertile plain of the Val di Chiana you reach a steep hill, on top of which there is a beautiful castle, transformed into an archaeological museum. In the midst of a large epigraphic heritage, there is also a particularly beautiful and interesting inscription, on a sarcophagus with floral decorations.

Nermin Vlora Falaski translated this Pelasgian inscription simply into the Albanian language: “The ship is for us pride, courage and freedom”
